As part of its next phase of growth, Kouzina is investing in technology, AI, and talent, alongside expanding its franchise partner ecosystem. The company has also launched its Control Tower, a centralized, 24/7 operational system designed to ensure consistent food quality and hygiene standards, strong SOP adherence across kitchens, reduced customer complaints, improved customer satisfaction, and efficient supply chain management with minimal stock-outs.
