The Global Indology Conclave brought together scholars, cultural leaders and artists from across disciplines for an international dialogue on heritage and knowledge.

During the conclave’s evening cultural showcase, Mujtaba Aziz Naza delivered a powerful performance that captivated the audience from the very first alaap. Moving from meditative Sufi invocation to a soaring Qawwali crescendo, his rendition created an atmosphere of devotional intensity that stood out at the prestigious gathering.

Gautam Adani personally appreciated Mujtaba Aziz Naza following the performance, acknowledging the spiritual power and artistic integrity that define his musical expression.

As the son of legendary Qawwali icon Aziz Naza, Sufi singer Mujtaba Aziz Naza continues to carry forward a rich musical and spiritual legacy while establishing his own identity as a respected playback singer and global performer. His work in Indian cinema includes the emotionally resonant Aaj Hona Deedar Mahi Da in Bajirao Mastani and the high-energy Haq Ali Ali in Padmaavat, along with devotional interpretations of classics such as Khwaja Mere Khwaja.

Mujtaba Aziz Naza’s performance at the Global Indology Conclave reaffirmed his role as a leading contemporary Sufi and Qawwali artist representing India’s spiritual music tradition on global platforms. In an era driven by spectacle, his music continues to stand for depth, devotion and cultural continuity.
